Memory MCP connections allow writes by default

New Memory MCP connections now allow writes by default. Administrators can still switch a connection to read-only from Settings ▸ MCP, and the account-level writes kill switch continues to override every connection. Existing connections keep their stored write setting.

The Google Workspace setup flow exposes the same Allow writes control as Custom OIDC.

MCP just-in-time users recover after deletion and show real names

Memory MCP connections that provision users just-in-time now recover automatically when the underlying Zep user is deleted. Previously the connection returned not-found errors for every tool call and resource read, and re-authenticating did not restore access. Newly provisioned users also display the first and last name from your identity provider instead of an opaque ID.
